PropTech marketplaces — Kyero, Lamudi & LoopNet

Team-based engineering contributions to international real-estate marketplaces — delivered as embedded, outsourced engineers working alongside in-house teams.

Feature & platform work

The brief

Large real-estate marketplaces run at significant scale, and they often extend their engineering capacity with embedded, outsourced specialists who can plug into existing teams and ship. We contributed to three international property platforms — Kyero, Lamudi, and LoopNet — as part of their delivery teams, working inside established codebases and processes. These were team-based and outsourced engagements: we contributed to the platforms, rather than owning them or acting as the vendor of record.

What we contributed

Across these engagements, the work spanned feature development on both the frontend and backend, enhancements and refactoring within large existing codebases, bug fixing and stabilisation, and close collaboration with in-house engineers, product managers, and QA. Working on marketplaces of this size meant respecting strict code standards, reviews, and release processes — and writing code that had to hold up under real, high-traffic production load.

How we worked

We integrated into each team’s tools, coding standards, and sprint cadence, delivering as part of the group rather than from the outside — with senior technical project management keeping scope and delivery accountable. It’s the same embedded, outsourced model we offer through our dedicated teams: vetted engineers who ramp into your stack and ship alongside your people.

The outcome

Our contributions shipped inside live, international real-estate marketplaces used by property seekers and agents across multiple markets. Beyond the features themselves, the engagements built deep, first-hand familiarity with large-scale, multi-region marketplace platforms — experience we bring directly to proptech and marketplace projects today.
